Merry Christmas!

SNOW!

We had to go to Vermont to find it but Linden and JOhn both had fun playing inthe snow on a relatively warm December day.

Birthday Party

Linden had a good time at his first birthday party despite having a fever which turned out not to be teething as we suspected but roseola. Though tired he smiled his way through and enjoyed the celebration - especially the cake! Thanks to all that helped us celebrate!

Happy Birthday!

Happy First Birthday Lindoni Pony! Oliver and Jack and their Mommies came over to help us celebrate the big day. There will be pictures to follow of Linden's Birthday Party on Saturday. Thanks to all that sent cards and fun presents!

Indoors

With all the yucky cold weather we've been having we haven't made it to the park in more than a week. We've been finding lots to stay busy with inside though.

Feeding Doggie

Yeah for Dedan!

So this is Linden's new best friend Dedan. It was a gift from his cousin Lou Ann at Thanksgiving. He sleeps with him, he reads stories with him, he even says his name although it sounds a lot like "Daddy". Pony now says "ducky", "doggie", "Daddy", "Dedan", and "Splash" - notice they all start with D - even splash - and to the untrained ear they are nearly impossible to hear the difference between.

Thanksgiving

Some how we didn't take nay pictures of our actual Thanksgiving meal. Here is Linden with his Gerat Grandmother Fran playing the piano. And running in front of George washington's Headquarters - somewhere in NJ on our way back.

This is Linden in his amazing new high chair especially made for him by our Buddy Kris. Linden hasn't even met him yet but boy is he excited to now. I mean could a highchair be any cooler?

Daddy's Home!

We are all very happy that Daddy is back from the Green Build Conference in Chicago safe and sound.

Fall Photo Shoot

So clearly we think our kids are pretty cute. So cute in fact that we took them (jack, Linden and Oliver) to the park for a fall photo shoot. Here are a few of the hundreds of photos collectively taken.

We went to the zoo with Jack and his parents. We just love the zoo.

Walking shoes

So since we now have a walker we decided to splurge on some new shoes (no hand me downs here) and phew - are they expensive! Hopefully he won't grow out of them in a week.And since he had the new shoes we figured we take him to the park to practice walking on uneven terrain. (note: no babies were harmed in the filming of this video)

Happy Halloween Everyone! I think Halloween is my new favorite holiday - making kids costumes is the best!

So Linden woke up from his afternoon nap today and I set him on his feet and he walked all the way across the room. We think he has been practicing in secret.

Trip to see cousin Milo

We just got back from our two weeks in Maine visiting my sister Lisa and Linden's new cousin Milo. We had a great time and enjoyed some serious cousin bonding time.





















We also had a BLAST at the Children's Museum in Portland.
